ISP Learning Hub

The Learning Hub Soft Launch is complete!
Thank you to each of you who have taken part in The Learning Hub Soft Launch. Your contributions and critical feedback have been invaluable to the continued success and improvement of The Learning Hub. We couldn’t have done it without you.
We launched The Learning Hub in mid-March this year and have engaged with 200+ colleagues from every region and function, as you took part in professional development courses, shared best practice, and tested functionality.
The Learning Hub is a part of the ISP core vision to create Schools of Choice with amazing learning across all of our schools. It is a truly collaborative venture – made for us, by us, which is why your help in this initial phase is so important and beneficial.
Thanks to all of you who volunteered your time. We now have a much better understanding of how we can serve all colleagues across the group through The Learning Hub. Through surveys, emails, phone calls, visits to schools and face-to-face chats, we have collated feedback ranging from platform functionality and accessibility, interest and preference, to needs and priorities.
Here are some of the key things you told us:
It’s clear that many of you are interested and ready to interact more through The Learning Hub, and welcome opportunities to share best practice and examples in action, take part in discussions and make use of resources to share with colleagues to help all of you improve. You’ve told us about other courses you’d like to see on there, and how keen you are to have access to a Q&A to discuss specific topics.
What’s next for The Learning Hub?
We are taking what we have learned from you and are feeding it back into the further development of The LearningHub, in time for our full launch in September this year.
Recently we attended the ISP Summer Conference in Guildford, England, to spend a week with colleagues from across our schools and offices. We presented two sessions about the benefits of The Learning Hub featuring colleagues who have already used it and trialed it. The sessions were a great success, and we had some insightful discussions to add to your feedback. If you’d like to get a flavour of how the conference went, take a look at the video in this newsletter.
For those of you who we weren’t able to meet at the conference, or who still would like to provide feedback, provide suggestions or ask questions, please feel free to reach out to us at any time, we’d love to hear from you at eporter@ispschools.com and dwarden@ispschools.com.
Over the next couple of months we will be updating and improving The Learning Hub will all of your great ideas and suggestions. During this time, you will still be able to access content, courses and materials from the Soft Launch; however, our new look and new content won't be accessible until the full launch in September. We'll be in touch soon with updates about the full launch. See you soon!
